All Communicators Picnic

The Bellevue Amateur Radio Club is hosting the First Annual "All Communicators Picnic" on May 31st from 10 - 4 at Halleck Park in Papillion.  The picnic is open to all communicators in the metro area and beyond if they want to travel to join us.  Ham radio operators, REACT, CERT, 911 dispatchers ... all services, all modes ... come and join us.

Please register by May 26th so we can plan on the correct amount of food needed.  Please mail registration and payments to Bellevue Amateur Radio Club, c/o Tom Huber, 7518 Chandler Hills Drive, Bellevue NE  68147.

Ticket cost for lunch:  Adults $6.50 each.  Children $4.00 each.  Note:  Prices at the gate will be $7.00 for adults and $5.00 for children ages 6 - 12 if registration is not paid by May 26th prior to attending the event.

In addition to food and conversation, we have also planned some door prizes and some raffle tickets.

We hope everyone who is able comes out to join us for some good food, conversation and a chance to get to know other communicators in the area, and people who you might be working along side of if any disasters or emergencies happened in any of the surrounding communities.
