Feb 9 (Thu) — BARC Board Meeting at 7:30 PM, held at Wendy's on Galvin Rd, open to the membership. More info here.
Feb 11 (Sat) — Technician Class, part two, 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM. For more information, contact Bruce, KYØZ .
Feb 16 (Thu) — Club dinner at 6:00 PM preceding the general meeting. The menu includes lasagna, tossed salad, California blend vegetables, garlic bread, coffee, tea, and for dessert - Angel Food Cake, whipped topping and possibly strawberries! Paula Hyland will be catering the dinner. Cost per person is $8.00 and guests are welcome.
Feb 16 (Thu) — BARC General Membership Meeting at 7:30 PM, held at the Masonic Hall in Bellevue. Open to anyone interested in amateur radio. Business meeting will be followed by a presentation on the Civil Air Patrol and their use of amateur radio as well as the activation of WBØCAP at Offutt AFB. More info here.
Feb 18 (Sat) — Midway Amateur Radio Club Hamfest, Kearney. More info here.
Feb 18 (Sat) — FCC license testing. We will have a review session for the Technician Class license from 9:00 - 10:30, registration for the test starts at 11:00, and the test starts at 11:30. Testing is through the ARRL/VEC. For more information, contact Bruce, KYØZ .
