BARC Calendar

December 2007

• Dec 1 (Fri) — Skywarn Recognition Day,  runs from 6:00 PM local on Friday to 6:00 PM on Saturday, at the National Weather Service, 6707 N. 288th Street in Valley, NE.  It celebrates the contributions that volunteer SKYWARN radio operators make to the National Weather Service.  During the day SKYWARN operators visit NWS offices and contact other radio operators across the world.
• Dec 7 (Fri) — Annual Christmas Dinner and Meeting at the Golden Corral in Bellevue.  Dinner starts between 6:00 and 6:15, and the meeting at 7:30.  This meeting will include the election of officers for 2008. 
• Dec 25 (Tue) — Christmas Holiday.

Note:  There is no monthly general membership meeting or board meeting in December.
