• Jun 6-7 (Sat - Sun) — HAMFEST — Southeast Nebraska Hamfest 2009.  Falls City Nebraska at Prichard auditorium.  Event prices: $4.00 entrance fee gets you in for both days. Saturday 8am to 5pm, Sunday 8am to Noon.  For more info go to http://www.southeastnebraskahamfest.com. (Cancelled)
• Jun 6 (Sat) — Museum Ship Weekend, local operations from 9 AM to 7 PM (Saturday only) at Freedom Park in Omaha.  The Aksarben club will be putting the USS Hazard and USS Marlin on the air for this historic operating event.  Come down to help operate or contact them on the air.  For more info contact NØTRK _at_ arrl.net.  More info on the national event is here.
• Jun 11 (Thu) — BARC Board Meeting at 7:30 PM, meeting at Lansky's in the Twin Creek shopping area near 36th Street and Highway 370.  Open to the membership.  More info here.
• Jun 18 (Thu) — BARC General Membership Meeting at 7:30 PM, held at the Masonic Hall in Bellevue. Open to anyone interested in amateur radio.  The meeting will be about Field Day planning and the upcoming bike rides.  More info here.  There will also be an ice cream social with banana splits, root beer floats, and ice cream sundaes.
• Jun 27-28 (Sat-Sun) — Field Day.  Operations begin at 1 PM local at Halleck Park in Papillion.  The co-chairs are WØKT and AAØZP and they can be reached at fd2009@bellevuearc.org.  More information is available here.
